A deal reaches your inbox only after the broker picks you from their first wave and explicitly approves sharing the tear sheet.

Reid emails you the full profile with a one-line read on why it matched and where it stretches your preferences.

Opt in — or don't
Opt in and Reid introduces both sides by email. You can also raise your hand on anonymized dashboard activity; the broker decides whether to engage.
